Do I have to be in perimenopause or menopause to use your products?

We offer a wide range of products which are targeted on the menopause cycles, but also natural supplements which are great for our bodies of all ages. Our products are hormone-free and natural.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

We work hard to ensure we offer a variety of products which are vegetarian and vegan, and this will be clearly marked on each product. We absolutely stand by the animals of our planet, and make sure products are never tested on animals.

Do your products contain hormones?

What credit cards and payment options can be used to purchase online?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, ShopPay and Klarna.

What should I expect after I place my order?

As soon as we receive your order, we will start to prepare your item(s) for shipping, using the shipping method selected at checkout. 

Can I modify my order after I’ve made a purchase?

We start processing your order as soon as it’s placed, so we’re not able to cancel or change your order once it’s been submitted.

How do I enter a promotional code for my order?

You can enter your promo or discount code on the checkout page. Only one promo code is allowed per order, and some items may be excluded from the offer. 

How do I unsubscribe?

If you no longer want to receive our exclusive offers and promotions, then you can log in to your account and select the ‘Email Preferences’ option to make this change.

How do I change my account details?

It’s super easy to make changes to your account details; from payment information, or password to your shipping address.

Log-in to your account and you’ll see a range of categories at the bottom of the page under ‘Account Settings’.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

All products are shipped from the UK. For any products shipping from the UK to addresses in the EU, or rest of the world, tax and duties will be settled on your behalf with our selected delivery partner. We will be launching our EU and other international sites very soon.

How do I know when my order is on its way?

We’ll email you with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped so that you can track your order.

What if my shipping address was entered incorrectly?

We start processing your order as soon as it’s placed, so we’re not able to cancel your order once it’s been submitted. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. Please review and confirm your address is accurate and complete prior to placing your order. Justhotter.com can not take responsibility for addresses incorrectly entered at checkout. If you discover an incorrect address after purchase, we recommend contacting the delivery partner directly once you have received your tracking information to intercept, or reroute your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your order and our products, so if you’re not happy with your order, then you can send it back to us. However, certain products within our range can not be returned.  This will be clearly marked on each product page.

Simply return the items within 28 days of receipt and make sure the products have not been opened. We can not accept the return of items which have been opened or the seal broken. For more information about returns, please click here to view our policy.

How will I be refunded?

All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment that was used to process the order.

What is your exchange policy?

Just Hotter does not offer exchanges at this time. Any return of damaged, faulty or incorrect items need to be organised by Customer Services to be refunded or replaced. Please contact Customer Services by submitting a return form here. Tell us the reason for your return, and we can advise the best way to return your order.
