GET LAID

Lay the Sauna Blanket on a flat, heat-resistant surface. Try a massage table or yoga mat.

GET COMFORTABLE

You’ll need a barrier between your body and the blanket. Use a towel (or an HD Insert) for added comfort.

GET HOT

Preheat the Sauna Blanket for 10 minutes. Select a temperature level by turning the dial.

GET LIT

Slip into your Sauna Blanket and zip yourself in. Enjoy a euphoric 30-45 minute session.

GET COLD

Rinse off in an icy shower to cleanse your body, cool your system, and keep the healing going.

As a small business, we offer standard shipping for £2.99, with an estimated delivery of 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping for orders over £75.

Do you ship internationally?

All products are shipped from the UK. For any products shipping from the UK to addresses in the EU, or rest of the world, tax and duties will be settled on your behalf with our selected delivery partner. We will be launching our EU and other international sites very soon.

How do I know when my order is on its way?

We’ll email you with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped so that you can track your order.

What if my shipping address was entered incorrectly?

We start processing your order as soon as it’s placed, so we’re not able to cancel your order once it’s been submitted. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. Please review and confirm your address is accurate and complete prior to placing your order. Justhotter.com can not take responsibility for addresses incorrectly entered at checkout. If you discover an incorrect address after purchase, we recommend contacting the delivery partner directly once you have received your tracking information to intercept, or reroute your order.


Returns Policy

We are happy to offer a refund for items returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene, health and safety reasons some products are not eligible to be returned, unless faulty. Items that are not eligible to be returned include, but are not limited to: products where the seal has been removed, broken or tampered with, sex toys, intimate apparel or intimate play items which have been opened or partially used.

All items must be returned in a saleable condition, unopened, with original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund or replacement on items that are not re-saleable, where the item has been opened, the hygiene seal broken or the item used.

We cannot accept returns without first receiving a return request. To initiate a return, please submit your request using the return form here.

If you are returning from outside the UK, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
